1. Overview

XTrack PRO is designed with privacy as its core principle. The app operates entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. There are no user accounts, no servers, and no data leaves your device.

2. Data We Collect

We collect nothing. There is no registration, no login, and no account creation required to use this app. All data you enter is stored exclusively in your device's local storage and never leaves your device.

3. Data Stored On Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device only:

This data is under your full control. You can export, delete, or clear it at any time through Settings → Clear All Data.

4. Third-Party Services

The app connects to the following external services to fetch publicly available market data. No personal information is transmitted — only standard network requests for price and blockchain data.

5. Exchange API Keys

If you connect an exchange via API key, your key and secret are stored encrypted in your device's local storage. They are never transmitted to us or any third party — they are used only to make direct requests from your device to the exchange. We strongly recommend using read-only API keys, which cannot execute trades or move funds.

6. No Advertising

XTrack PRO contains no advertising of any kind. We do not display ads, collect data for advertising purposes, or share data with advertising networks.

7. No Analytics or Tracking

The app contains no analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or usage tracking. We have no visibility into how you use the app.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Data Security

All data is stored in your device's local storage. If you enable encrypted backup in Settings, your backup file is encrypted using AES-256 before being exported. Your PIN and security settings are stored locally and never transmitted.

10. Your Rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. To delete all app data, use Settings → Clear All Data, or uninstall the app.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
